Melton's Streak Continues: Tigers Eye Astros

Melton, who is 4-0 with a 2.56 ERA, has demonstrated exceptional control and poise since his return from the injured list last month. His most recent performance saw him limit the Chicago White Sox to just one run over six innings.

The Astros plan to counter with rookie right-hander Tatsuya Imai, who is 4-3 with a 6.15 ERA. Imai recently had a standout performance against Cleveland, recording 11 strikeouts after a challenging outing against Kansas City.

This series marks another meeting between the Astros and Tigers, who are familiar with each other despite not being in the same division. Houston won two of their three games last week in Houston, though Imai did not pitch in that series.
