- Thunder rally to beat Kings 107-101 despite missing key players
- Oklahoma City one of four unbeaten teams in the league

The Oklahoma City Thunder have continued their impressive start to the 2025-26 NBA season, rallying to defeat the Sacramento Kings 107-101 on Tuesday night. Despite being short-handed, the Thunder were led by a standout performance from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 31 points.
The Thunder were missing several key players, including forward Chet Holmgren, their second-leading scorer, who sat out with lower back soreness. Oklahoma City was also without 2025 All-Star Jalen Williams and sharpshooting guard Isaiah Joe. Despite these absences, the Thunder were able to overcome a halftime deficit and secure the victory.
Gilgeous-Alexander struggled in the third quarter, going just 1-for-9 from the field. However, he bounced back in the fourth quarter, scoring 9 points on 4-of-6 shooting to help the Thunder rally. Aaron Wiggins and Ajay Mitchell also contributed 18 points each for Oklahoma City, who improved to 5-0 on the season and remain one of only four unbeaten teams in the league.
