The Texas Tech Red Raiders are preparing to play their second game of the season on Thursday, November 5, 2026. They will host the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats at the United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM Central Time. Broadcast coverage will be available on ESPN+, with radio broadcasts on the Texas Tech Sports Network.

Bethune-Cookman enters the contest coming off a loss to Furman. Their offense is expected to be led by junior guard Mari Jordan, who scored 22 points in their previous game. Texas Tech's defense will need to focus on containing Jordan, particularly given his height and scoring ability. The Red Raiders aim to build on their season-opening win and advance to a 2-0 record.
