This post was met with scathing replies, with fans criticizing his performance, specifically mentioning his single reception for 8 yards and the costly fumble. Livingstone's decision to transfer to Texas' rival had already surprised many Longhorns faithful.

Previously, Livingstone was known for his strong chemistry with quarterback Arch Manning during their time at Texas. The two athletes shared a close bond, partly due to being roommates.
