Empty Trophy Case Fuels Texas A&M's Drive

The Texas A&M head coach is employing a unique strategy to keep his players driven after a successful 11-2 season. This record, the program's best since 2012, has not led to complacency, as the coach continually points to the team's empty trophy case. He states that the players are well aware of this fact and it fuels their mindset for growth.

While acknowledging satisfaction with the team's accomplishments and program direction, the coach stressed that the ultimate hardware remains elusive. This realization pushes the Aggies back to work with renewed determination. The goal is to improve upon last season's performance and secure a stronger position for competing and winning championships.
