Recruiting experts are predicting that four-star athlete Tae Walden Jr. will commit to the Oregon Ducks. The 6-2, 165-pound prospect from Collierville, Tennessee, is ranked as the No. 4 athlete in the 2027 class.
Walden Jr. will announce his college decision via live stream on the Rivals YouTube channel on July 1. He recently visited Oregon and expressed strong interest in coach Dan Lanning's program, stating he could "definitely see myself being a part of that defense."
In his junior season in 2025, Walden Jr. showcased remarkable versatility. On offense, he recorded 912 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. Defensively, he tallied 28 tackles, 17 passes defended, and five interceptions. He also excelled as a kick and punt returner, averaging over 24 yards per punt return.
