Syracuse Athletic Director Bryan Blair has moved to quell any doubts regarding his commitment to head football coach Fran Brown. In a recent radio appearance, Blair emphatically stated Brown is "my guy," emphasizing his integral role within the Syracuse program. Blair noted Brown's knack for winning close contests, pointing to the coach's undefeated 5-0 record in overtime games.
This strong endorsement comes as the Orange football team, with a 3-4 record as of October 30, 2026, aims to reach bowl game eligibility.
