Summary

- Altercation with Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase
- Ramsey has history of ejections against Bengals

On November 17, 2025, Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey was ejected from the game against the Cincinnati Bengals after a heated altercation with Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase. The incident occurred in the fourth quarter, with Ramsey first being called for unsportsmanlike conduct following a verbal exchange with Chase.
On the next play, the Bengals lined up for a fourth-and-1 situation, but instead called a timeout. This led to another exchange between Ramsey and Chase, with Ramsey taking the confrontation further by striking Chase's face mask. This second unsportsmanlike penalty resulted in Ramsey's ejection from the game.
Ramsey has a history of such incidents when facing the Bengals. In 2017, while playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, he was ejected after a fight broke out between him and Bengals receiver A.J. Green. The latest altercation is the third time Ramsey has been ejected in his career.
