Stark County Stars Ink D-1 Football Deals

Stark County is celebrating a significant day for its high school football players as national signing day arrives. Several talented athletes are set to sign NCAA Division I national letters of intent, marking a crucial step in their athletic careers. This influx of talent highlights the strong football programs within the region.

Tusky Valley's Ben Congdon, a highly-recruited 6-foot-8, 295-pound lineman, has committed to the University of Miami (Florida). Congdon, who excels on both offense and defense, was a significant target for many programs. He is joined by Walsh Jesuit's Milan Parris as Northeast Ohio players heading to the Hurricanes.

Other notable signees include Massillon's defensive lineman Samuel Dossous, defensive back Lennox Lemon, and linebacker Ja'Dyn Williams. Perry lineman Preston Dazey and North Canton Hoover lineman Jack Ziarko are also expected to sign, showcasing the depth of talent from Stark County.
