Tonight's NBA schedule features an interconference clash as the short-handed San Antonio Spurs visit the Orlando Magic. The Spurs are playing their second game in as many nights, coming off a home victory against Memphis. They continue to navigate their season without the recent Rookie of the Year awardees, Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle, who are both sidelined with injuries.
The Orlando Magic have been in impressive form, securing victories in six of their last seven contests. Their latest win was a home triumph over the Chicago Bulls. Despite missing their leading scorer, Paolo Banchero, who is out for his tenth consecutive game with a groin strain, the Magic have demonstrated remarkable resilience, achieving an 8-2 record during this stretch.
This game presents a significant challenge for the Spurs, marking their first road back-to-back of the season. The Magic, who have a strong record against the spread in recent games following a loss against the spread, are favored to continue their winning ways against a depleted San Antonio squad.
