Saints Seek St Mary's Roar for Wembley Dream

Southampton's head coach, Tonda Eckert, is rallying supporters to create a powerful atmosphere for the Championship play-off semi-final second leg against Middlesbrough. The team aims to replicate their success from two years ago by reaching the play-off final at Wembley. A scoreless draw in the first leg at the Riverside provides a competitive platform for the home fixture.

Eckert highlighted the team's outstanding performance over 90 minutes in the first leg and expressed confidence in carrying positive momentum into the second. Southampton brings a formidable home record into the match, currently enjoying a 20-game unbeaten streak at St Mary's since mid-January. This strong defensive showing at home will be crucial as they seek to advance.
