Siri Steals Show, Scores Twice in Angels Victory

In a recent 9-7 victory over the Athletics, utility player Siri delivered a notable performance, going 2-for-4 at the plate. He successfully stole a base and crossed home plate twice, contributing significantly to his team's success. This standout effort comes as Siri fills in for the injured Mike Trout, who is currently sidelined with a hamstring issue and is absent from center field.

Siri's speed was on display with his first stolen base of the season. He has a history of speed, having logged at least 12 stolen bases in three consecutive years from 2022 to 2024. While Siri has rarely held a starting position throughout his career, his current offensive production is strong. He is batting .297 with a .883 OPS, four home runs, 16 RBI, 16 runs scored, and three doubles over 73 plate appearances. Given Trout's likely short absence, Siri is expected to return to a reserve role soon.
