Sinner Secures Fastest 2025 Win in Vienna Open Rout

On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, world number two Jannik Sinner made a strong comeback with a decisive victory over Germany's Daniel Altmaier in the Vienna Open. The Italian star player secured a commanding 6-0, 6-2 win in under an hour, marking his quickest match of the 2025 season.

Sinner, who had to retire earlier this month due to cramps at the Shanghai Masters, showed excellent form and determination on the court. He did not face a single break point and lost just six points in the opening set, blowing away the 51st-ranked Altmaier.
