Oosterwolde will sign a four-year contract, reportedly earning €1.6 million per season. However, he will not be immediately available due to a thigh injury, with his return anticipated around mid-September.
The Giallorossi pursued Oosterwolde after missing out on other targets. The 25-year-old previously played for Twente and Parma before moving to Turkey for €6 million, where he made 112 appearances.
Roma also aims to reinforce their winger position, having had an offer for Chelsea's Jamie Gittens rejected. Malick Fofana and Ibrahim Mbaye are being considered as alternatives.
