31 Jul
Summary
- Ole Miss Rebels have 15 commitments for 2026 class
- Ohio State and Florida crack Top-15 in 2026 recruiting rankings
- Multiple top targets set to announce decisions in August

In the summer of 2025, the Ole Miss Rebels have been making waves on the recruiting trail, assembling a strong 2026 class with 15 commitments to date. Following a productive stretch of official visits in June, head coach Lane Kiffin and his staff have secured multiple blue-chip pledges as the summer progressed.
The Rebels aren't the only program making noise in the 2026 recruiting cycle, however. The defending national champion Ohio State Buckeyes currently hold the No. 9 rated class in the country, while the Florida Gators under Billy Napier have surged to No. 13 after an impressive summer on the recruiting scene.
As August approaches, the Rebels have several priority targets set to reveal their college decisions. Linebacker Anthony Davis, a top-20 prospect, has narrowed his focus to Ole Miss, Michigan, Alabama, and Auburn, with an August 2 announcement date. Meanwhile, defensive lineman Deuce Geralds will choose between Ole Miss, Oregon, Ohio State, Michigan, and LSU on August 2, and wide receiver Jase Mathews will commit to either Ole Miss, LSU, Texas A&M, or Auburn on August 8.
Kiffin and the Rebels will look to maintain their recruiting momentum heading into the final stretch before the 2026 season, as they aim to build on their strong start and potentially land more top-tier talent.
