Real Madrid's Next Star: Joan Martinez's Big Push

Real Madrid views academy talent Joan Martinez as a significant future project. The club's strategy involves intensifying his daily training to hasten his progression toward the senior squad.

Despite his lack of official debut, there is strong confidence in Martinez's abilities. Those overseeing youth development recognize his natural talent and the technical, physical tools necessary for top-level success.

Internal expectations for Martinez are considerable, with a focus on enhancing his weekday performance. This approach is motivational, designed to challenge him and prepare him for the first team's demands.

When performing at his peak, Martinez garners significant club confidence. He has already experienced training with the senior squad, including sessions with manager Alvaro Arbeloa.
