This crucial set begins with a doubleheader on Tuesday, September 22, at Yankee Stadium, featuring matchups between Nick Martinez and Carlos Rodon in the first game, and Drew Rasmussen against Max Fried in the second.

Adding to the excitement, the Rays are set to unveil their new road uniforms. These gray uniforms are a direct tribute to the team's inaugural look from 1998, featuring a gradient color scheme on the 'Tampa Bay' lettering across the chest. This new design replaces the previous light blue uniforms that displayed 'Rays' with a sunburst. Rays CEO Ken Babby emphasized that the uniforms celebrate the team's enduring commitment to Tampa Bay, stating that the city's name will proudly be worn across their chests as they travel.
