Ravens Seek Revenge Against Bengals
12 Dec, 2025
Summary
- Ravens aim for playoff hope with a road win against the Bengals.
- Baltimore suffered a 32-14 home loss to the Bengals in their prior meeting.
- Lamar Jackson desires a different, successful outcome in the rematch.
The Baltimore Ravens are set for a crucial road game against the Cincinnati Bengals, needing a victory to maintain any hope of reaching the playoffs with a 6-7 record. This rematch occurs just weeks after a disheartening 32-14 home loss in Week 13, a game where the Ravens struggled with five turnovers, fueling a desire for retribution.
Lamar Jackson expressed his anticipation for a different outcome, noting the quick turnaround since their last encounter. The stakes are high, especially with the Pittsburgh Steelers leading the AFC North; a Ravens loss could widen the division lead for their rivals, increasing pressure on Baltimore.
The Bengals have demonstrated their capability by challenging strong opponents like the Buffalo Bills. Their offense, led by Joe Burrow, has proven it can exploit the Ravens' defense, while their own defense can pressure opposing quarterbacks. Baltimore will need a complete four-quarter performance to secure a victory.
