Rani Khedira, a former Germany youth international, has received FIFA's approval to represent Tunisia in the upcoming World Cup. The 32-year-old midfielder, who currently plays for Union Berlin, is the younger brother of Sami Khedira, a member of Germany's 2014 World Cup-winning squad.
