Rams Kicker Mevis Perfect in Preseason Win

During the Rams' 20-12 preseason win against the Chiefs on Saturday, kicker Mevis demonstrated flawless execution. He successfully made both of his field goal attempts, including a 40-yard kick, and also converted both of his extra-point tries. Mevis's strong performance continues a streak of reliability, as he previously made 18 of 19 field goals and all 48 extra points in the latter part of the 2025 season. This included successful kicks in three playoff games.

Mevis is presently the only kicker listed on the Rams' 90-man training camp roster. With his consistent accuracy and no other kickers competing for a spot, it is highly probable that Mevis will secure his position on the 53-man roster heading into the regular season.
