Most recently, Williams served as the special teams coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons from 2021 to 2025. His prior coaching engagements include stints with the Los Angeles Chargers from 2016 to 2017 and the Detroit Lions from 2019 to 2020.
During his tenure, Williams has demonstrated a strong track record of developing talent and improving unit performance. He previously worked with punter Bradley Pinion, who set franchise records for punts inside the 20.
