Qatar to Host Asia's Rising Cricket Stars in 2025 Tournament

On November 14, 2025, Qatar will host the 7th edition of the Asia Cup Rising Stars tournament, formerly known as the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. The rebranded competition aims to provide a platform for the next generation of Asian cricket talent.

The 8-team tournament features Test-playing nations fielding their A teams, as well as associate nations sending their strongest XIs. Headliners include India A, Pakistan Shaheens, Sri Lanka A, and Afghanistan A, promising competitive cricket and talent-spotting opportunities.

All matches will be broadcast on the Sony Sports Network and live-streamed on SonyLIV, allowing fans across the region to follow the action. The event offers a glimpse into Asia's future cricketing stars, as the rising talents showcase their skills on the international stage.
