Premier League Giants Eye Parma's Goalkeeper Suzuki

Premier League clubs are reportedly lining up to sign Parma's highly-rated goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, with several prepared to meet his €30 million asking price. Since his arrival in July 2024, the 23-year-old Japan international quickly became Parma's first-choice, making 37 Serie A appearances in his debut season.

Suzuki's performances were stellar until a broken hand in November 2025 sidelined him. However, he returned in time for the World Cup in North America, where his displays further boosted his profile and attracted significant attention.

Leeds United has identified Suzuki as a primary target, driven by the need for a new goalkeeper due to expiring contracts and potential departures. Aston Villa also emerged as a suitor in mid-June, scouting him during the World Cup.

With Parma already securing a replacement, Suzuki is now free to explore his options. A move to Leeds would offer him a clear path to being the first-choice keeper, while Aston Villa could present him with Champions League football.
