Tommy John Surgery Ends Horn's Season

Pitcher Horn will require season-ending Tommy John surgery on his left elbow. He has been on the injured list throughout the entire 2026 season. This procedure follows an arthroscopic surgery he underwent during the offseason.

Horn had been cleared to resume throwing in late May. However, his recovery has not progressed as hoped. Consequently, he will undergo another surgery to address the persistent elbow issue. This development means he will miss the entirety of the 2026 season. It is also probable that the timing of the surgery will cause him to miss most, if not all, of the 2027 season.
