Holly Means is seeking more than USD 25,000 in damages for civil theft, plus punitive damages. She claims Brown Jr. acted with "ill will or a spirit of revenge." The couple had two children together, Orlando III and Sonny. Brown Jr. denies all accusations, asserting Means arrived unannounced and abandoned the property.
