Chambliss' journey has been marked by a strong foundation of faith and family support. He frequently speaks about his devout Christian upbringing, crediting his faith and the "Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" for his motivation and guidance on the field. This personal resilience has been a key factor in his ascent.

Having transferred from Division II Ferris State, Chambliss was initially off the NFL radar.
