Summary
- Ole Miss will play Tulane in the College Football Playoff.
- The Rebels roster is currently full with no players opting out.
- Key players Zxavian Harris, Dae'Quan Wright, and Suntarine Perkins are expected to be drafted.

Ole Miss football is preparing for its most significant game of the 2025 season with an unblemished roster. The Rebels, holding an 11-1 record, are scheduled to host Tulane (11-2) in the inaugural round of the College Football Playoff on December 20th. Should they emerge victorious, Ole Miss will advance to face Georgia in the Sugar Bowl on January 1st.
Unlike many teams participating in less critical bowl games, Ole Miss has not experienced any player opt-outs. While the team may not possess the same concentration of future NFL talent as in 2024, several players on the roster are still projected to have professional careers. Defensive tackle Zxavian Harris is anticipated to be the first Rebel drafted, with ESPN projecting him as a second-round pick.
Tight end Dae'Quan Wright and linebacker Suntarine Perkins are also notable Rebels expected to be selected in the upcoming NFL Draft. As of December 20th, 2025, no Ole Miss football players have announced their intention to enter the transfer portal, which is set to open on January 2nd.
