Nuggets Soar with 6-Game Win Streak Amid Braun's Injury
15 Nov
Summary
- Denver Nuggets on 6-game win streak, 9-2 record
- Center Nikola Jokic leading the team's hot start
- Guard Christian Braun out 6 weeks with ankle sprain

As of November 15, 2025, the Denver Nuggets have been one of the most dominant teams in the NBA. Through the first 11 games of the 2025-26 season, the Nuggets have compiled an impressive 9-2 record, including a current 6-game win streak.
The team's success has been largely driven by the stellar play of star center Nikola Jokic. However, the Nuggets suffered a significant blow on November 12th when guard Christian Braun sustained a left ankle sprain during the team's 130-116 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
According to NBA insider Shams Charania, Braun "will be re-evaluated in six weeks after sustaining the injury." Prior to the setback, the 24-year-old was averaging 11.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game while shooting an efficient 49.5% from the field.
In Braun's absence, players like Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway Jr. are expected to see increased playing time. If Braun's recovery goes as planned, he could potentially rejoin the Nuggets' lineup sometime after Christmas.
Despite the loss of their young guard, the Nuggets remain one of the top teams in the Western Conference and will look to continue their hot start when they wrap up their road trip against the Minnesota Timberwolves on November 19th.
