Newcastle United defender Dan Burn has stated the squad's intent to aggressively pursue a European qualification spot in the final three matches of the season. The team currently trails seventh place, the last guaranteed Conference League position, by six points. Burn made these remarks following Newcastle's 3-1 victory over Brighton on Saturday.
Burn expressed optimism, noting that "anything can happen" in the remaining games. Newcastle's upcoming fixtures include matches against Nottingham Forest, West Ham, and Fulham.
