Family restaurants, bars, and VIP areas are also included in the plans.
James Whittaker, managing director of the developer Peel Waters, expressed excitement about integrating diverse sports and leisure facilities. His ambition is to establish Trafford City as a world-leading destination for retail and leisure, encompassing activities from skiing and snowboarding to ice skating and surfing.
Local authorities have welcomed the project, with Trafford Councillor Liz Patel highlighting its potential benefits.
