More than a year later, on August 21, 2026, the couple celebrated their union with 100 guests at a "Western chic" themed event in Franklin, Tennessee.

The couple aimed to gather friends and family for a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity to share their surprise: they were already husband and wife. Jemison, who recently signed with the Toronto Raptors, and Glover chose the Nashville area for its proximity to their hometowns. Planning was challenging, with Glover largely managing details while Jemison focused on the Knicks' championship season.

The celebration featured a Western theme with a green, brown, and cream palette, abundant greenery, and a mechanical bull. Instead of a ceremony, the couple presented a video detailing their elopement and marriage announcement. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with entertainment and a buffet-style Southern meal, followed by mini cakes and ice cream.

Glover wore a Vow'd Nashville lace gown suitable for pairing with a cowgirl hat and boots, while Jemison sported a custom suit. The couple, who met in the summer of 2024, began dating that December and navigated long-distance and demanding careers.
