Napoli Midfielder Lobotka Hints at Potential Exit Amid Conte's Demanding Regime

In a recent podcast interview with Slovak website Sport24, Stanislav Lobotka's agent, Juraj Jasurek, has raised concerns over the player's future at Napoli. The interview, recorded in October, has gained significant traction in Italy this week.

Jasurek expressed his frustration with Napoli's handling of Lobotka's fitness, stating that the combative midfielder was made to play three difficult matches in just eight days before a national team match. "They could have given him a little rest and thus he would have been able to play for Slovakia in Northern Ireland. So I'm nervous," Jasurek said.

The agent also questioned whether Lobotka, who is now 30 years old, would be able to physically endure the demands of Conte's intense training regime. "What Conte requires is brutally demanding. The coach's running requirements in statistics are incomparable," Jasurek explained. He suggested that if Lobotka wins a third title with Napoli, it could make it "easier for him to leave" the club.

Despite Lobotka's improved contract, Jasurek acknowledged that the player's future remains uncertain, stating, "We are still talking about whether it can be managed at all."
