The Miami Hurricanes are preparing for their pivotal Week 10 road game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, with opening betting odds now available. This matchup has been a focal point since the schedule's release, significantly influenced by the events and fallout from last year's contest.
The Hurricanes demonstrated remarkable resilience in their most recent outing, overcoming a tough challenge to secure a 38-35 victory against the North Carolina Tar Heels on Halloween night. This win underscored Miami's ability to fight through adversity, a crucial trait as they are perceived as a top opponent by all teams they face.
Meanwhile, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are coming off a 35-13 win over Navy, which followed their bye week. Prior to their bye, however, Notre Dame suffered their first loss of the season, falling 28-24 on the road against BYU. The narrative surrounding this game is intensified by lingering resentment from both sides regarding past encounters and playoff implications.
