Summary
- Maresca dismisses Manchester City job speculation as mere speculation.
- He is fully committed to Chelsea with a contract until 2029.

Enzo Maresca, Chelsea's manager since 2024, has strongly refuted rumors connecting him with the head coaching position at Manchester City. He emphasized that these reports are entirely speculative and do not impact his focus on his current role.
Maresca, who previously served as an assistant coach at Manchester City, is under contract with Chelsea until 2029. He highlighted the team's recent achievements, including reaching their third semifinal in 18 months and securing a fourth-place finish last season. The primary goal for the current season is to surpass these accomplishments.
Looking ahead to the Premier League match against Newcastle United, Maresca confirmed that several players are nearing recovery from injuries. While Liam Delap and Dario Essugo are expected to be available soon, Romeo Lavia and Levi Colwill remain sidelined. Chelsea is currently fourth in the league standings with 28 points from 16 games.
