3 Nov
Summary

- The Red Devils are in poor form, losing their last three matches.
- Roma enters the game after a high-scoring league victory.
Old Trafford is set to host a significant Champions League clash as Manchester United squares off against AS Roma. The visitors, Roma, are entering the match with confidence, having secured a recent victory with multiple goals in Udine. They aim to translate this domestic success into a strong European performance against a Manchester United side currently grappling with significant form issues. The Red Devils have endured a difficult period, marked by three consecutive losses in both league and cup competitions. Their recent form shows no signs of improvement, with their last win dating back to September 10th, a 4-0 victory over Sabah.
The situation is further complicated for Manchester United by potential squad issues. A back problem has cast doubt on Gollini's starting position for Roma, with Svilar already sidelined due to injury. Notably, a former player from Manchester United's youth ranks is among those who could be unavailable, highlighting potential internal impacts on team selection for this crucial European fixture.
