Man Utd Fans Face Fourth Ticket Price Hike
6 Mar
Summary
- Season ticket prices will rise by five percent for next season.
- Six hundred general admission tickets are being moved for hospitality.
- Supporters Trust regrets another year of season ticket increases.

Manchester United will implement a season ticket price increase for the fourth year in a row, with prices set to rise by five percent for the upcoming 2026-27 season. This decision, communicated via email to season ticket holders, will result in an average increase of £2 per game for adults and £1 per game for under-16s across all sections of Old Trafford.
The club is also relocating approximately 600 general admission tickets from the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand to create additional hospitality seating. United states this relocation is partly necessary to accommodate required work on the dugouts to meet UEFA regulations for their next European campaign.
While corporate and hospitality tickets are included in the price rise, executive club members can freeze their current rates by renewing before April 15. The club asserts these increases are essential for investing in the team and facilities, ensuring financial sustainability amidst rising costs and inflation.
The Manchester United Supporters Trust (MUST) voiced regret over the continued price hikes, noting it's the fourth successive year. They criticized the club for ignoring calls for a price freeze, emphasizing fan frustration with escalating costs. MUST also expressed concern for the 600 supporters being moved, advocating for better treatment than those affected last year.
