Boise State quarterback Maddux Madsen has been instrumental in the Broncos' current four-game winning streak, showcasing an impressive performance with 11 touchdowns and zero interceptions this season. This exceptional play has made him one of the nation's top quarterbacks. The Broncos are set to face Fresno State on Saturday night in California, looking to avenge a significant loss from the previous season and halt a three-game series losing streak against the Bulldogs.
However, Boise State's offensive lineup faces potential disruption due to injuries. Key players like leading rusher Dylan Riley, second-string running back Sire Gaines, and freshman wide receiver Rasean Jones are all dealing with injuries. Coach Spencer Danielson emphasized a 'next man up' mentality, stressing that the team's standard will not waver despite these challenges as they prepare for the crucial Pac-12 matchup against Fresno State.
