LSU baseball sees pitcher Jaden Noot enter the transfer portal as the team reshapes its roster. Noot, a redshirt junior, spent four seasons with the Tigers and was a contributor to their 2025 national championship squad.
Despite being drafted out of high school, Noot joined LSU in 2022. He appeared in 27 games over three years, holding a 4.95 ERA. With one year of eligibility remaining, Noot aims to find a program where he can secure more playing time.
This departure follows a disappointing 2026 season where LSU baseball failed to make the NCAA Tournament, marking the first time since 2011. The coaching staff is expected to make further roster adjustments.
