Summary
- Three coaches depart Liverpool following Arne Slot's recent sacking.
- Staff members Sipke Hulshoff and Ruben Peeters joined in summer 2024.
- New coach Andoni Iraola is expected to bring his own backroom team.

Liverpool Football Club has announced that three members of its coaching staff have departed. Sipke Hulshoff, Ruben Peeters, and Giovanni van Bronckhorst are no longer with the club, following the announcement of Arne Slot's departure as head coach last month.
Hulshoff, who served as the first assistant coach, and Peeters, the lead physical performance coach, had joined Liverpool when Slot took over in the summer of 2024. Van Bronckhorst, a former international player, had joined as an assistant coach last summer.
The departures pave the way for the new head coach, Andoni Iraola, to finalize his own coaching team. It is understood that Iraola intends to bring assistants Tommy Elphick and Shaun Cooper, analyst Tom Webber, and fitness coach Pablo de la Torre with him to Merseyside. There have also been links to former Liverpool players for coaching roles.
