Ranking Lions' First-Round Draft Picks Under GM Holmes

Jameson Williams, the 28th overall pick in 2022, overcame early career adversity, including suspensions, to deliver back-to-back 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2024 and 2025, becoming a key deep threat.

Conversely, the Lions' first-round pick in 2024, corner Arnold, has faced early struggles, marked by penalties and injuries, and is currently facing off-field allegations. His performance needs significant improvement to justify his draft position. Defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike, drafted 32nd overall in 2021, has had a minimal impact due to injuries, playing in only 18 games and recording just 3.5 sacks. His future with the team remains uncertain as he enters the final year of his rookie contract in 2026.
