English-language coverage of Liga MX in the United States has been extended, with CBS Sports committing to broadcasts through the 2026-27 season. This renewed agreement will feature at least 40 regular-season matches, along with additional playoff games, all presented with English commentary.

The matches will be broadcast on either CBS Sports Network or the free Golazo Network. This extension provides a welcome continuity for fans who prefer to follow the league in English. The current deal is a sublicense from TelevisaUnivision, allowing CBS to select and produce specific games for the American audience.

Starting this Sunday, September 6, fans can watch Cruz Azul host Santos Laguna at 10 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network. The commentary team, including Adrián García-Márquez, Nico Cantor, and Chris Wittyngham, returns from last season. Coverage will primarily feature popular clubs like Club América, Cruz Azul, Pumas, Monterrey, and Toluca, which are part of TelevisaUnivision's larger rights package.

Games will be accessible through traditional cable and satellite on CBS Sports Network, as well as on the free Golazo Network, which is available on Pluto TV and other streaming platforms. This ensures a consistent viewing option for one of the most popular leagues in the U.S.
