Daniels Dominates: New Champ Crowned at MSG

Lani Daniels secured the IBF and WBO super middleweight championship titles by defeating Shadasia Green via ninth-round stoppage. This significant victory, Daniels' first outside New Zealand, establishes her as a three-division champion. The fight, held at Madison Square Garden, was an action-packed co-main event.

Daniels, who entered the bout with a 12-4-2 record, demonstrated persistent pressure throughout the contest. While the initial rounds were closely contested, Daniels began to assert dominance from the sixth round onward, capitalizing on superior angles and movement.

Green, now 16-2, suffered her second professional loss and was removed from the ring on a stretcher. Reports indicated she remained conscious and communicative. The event also featured other notable bouts, including Krystal Rosado's victory over Fernanda Reyes and Natalie Dove's split-decision win against Maria Micheo.
