Teen Lamine Yamal's stunner seals win for Barcelona

Lamine Yamal once again proved decisive for Barcelona, scoring a spectacular goal to secure a 1-0 victory over Athletic Bilbao on Saturday. The teenage forward's stunning strike, his 19th of the season across all competitions, ensured Barcelona maintained their four-point lead over second-placed Real Madrid in La Liga.

The pivotal goal came in the 68th minute at Athletic's San Mames Stadium. Receiving a pass from Pedri González, Yamal skillfully created space on the right before curling a left-footed shot into the far post's upper corner.

This hard-fought away win followed Barcelona's Copa del Rey semifinal exit earlier in the week. Manager Hansi Flick had rested several key players ahead of an upcoming Champions League tie, with substitutes like Pedri, Raphinha, and Fermín López entering the game later.

Goalkeeper Joan García was instrumental in keeping the score level before Yamal's match-winning moment, as Barcelona navigated challenges including absences due to injured full backs.
