Carson Kvapil secured his inaugural NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series victory at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Kvapil's path to victory lane involved a challenging final run, where he had to overtake fellow JR Motorsports (JRM) teammates Ross Chastain and Justin Allgaier. This win came after Kvapil had accumulated five runner-up finishes in his previous 63 starts.

The race featured an unprecedented performance by JRM, as Kvapil led a historic 1-2-3-4 sweep for the team. Allgaier, Chastain, and Chase Elliott completed the top four positions, marking a significant team achievement.

Earlier stages saw varied leadership. Sheldon Creed led the initial laps of Stage 1 before Andy Clements took control and won the stage. Stage 2 concluded with Ty Dillon securing the win, with Kvapil finishing fifth.

In Stage 3, the JRM dominance continued. Chastain initially led, but Kvapil made a decisive move with 22 laps remaining to take the lead. Allgaier eventually passed Chastain for second, but Kvapil maintained his composure to claim the checkered flag.
