"I feel like in my mind I'm fighting for free," Steele stated, citing the impact of taxes and team expenses in Perth. He believes his show-and-win purse will be largely consumed, motivating him to pursue a finish and a potential $100,000 performance bonus.

This upcoming fight represents a strategic shift for Steele. Unlike his debut, where he entered with a "kill or be killed" mentality, he now plans a more calculated approach. He intends to demonstrate his skills, fight IQ, and readiness to compete at the highest level.
