Clemens' Power Fuels Twins' Playoff Push

Kody Clemens has emerged as a significant contributor for the Minnesota Twins, transforming from a depth player into a key offensive presence.

His impact is largely driven by exceptional quality of contact. Clemens consistently hits the ball hard, evidenced by his 92.8 mph average exit velocity, placing him in the 93rd percentile leaguewide. This raw power has secured him an important role in the team's lineup.

While Clemens already provides substantial power, further improvement in his on-base skills could elevate his importance. With a current walk rate of 6.5%, increasing his ability to draw walks would leverage his hitting prowess more effectively, potentially creating more scoring opportunities for the Twins as they head towards the playoffs.
