Anunoby Limited in Practice Ahead of Playoffs

New York Knicks forward OG Anunoby was present at practice on Wednesday, engaging in some drills but not participating in full-speed activities. Coach Mike Brown confirmed Anunoby's limited involvement, stating he appeared fine with the exercises he could perform. However, Brown expressed uncertainty regarding Anunoby's capacity for more intense play required in an NBA postseason game and could not specify when he might be cleared for increased participation.

The Knicks are awaiting further information on Anunoby's condition and the timeline for his return to full practice. This update comes as the team faces an impending playoff series. Game 1 against either the Detroit Pistons or Cleveland Cavaliers could be as early as Sunday, though the series start is contingent on the outcome of the ongoing Detroit-Cleveland matchup, which was tied 2-2 entering its fifth game on Wednesday.
