Travis Kelce has committed to the Kansas City Chiefs for another three years with a deal potentially worth $57 million. This contract resolution came as quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who is still recovering from season-ending knee surgery, expressed his excitement over a video call. Mahomes's congratulatory message highlighted his eagerness to have his long-time teammate back on the field.

However, the Chiefs stars' venture into the restaurant business, 1587 Prime, is facing growing scrutiny. Recent customer reviews, particularly a viral TikTok by Nicole Rose, have described extremely disappointing dining experiences. Rose detailed a $650 meal that included a 45-minute wait for a martini, incorrect drinks, and poorly cooked steak, labeling it the "worst fine-dining experience" she has encountered.

These recent criticisms echo earlier negative feedback from restaurant critic Liz Cook, who previously described 1587 Prime as offering a "child-like idea of luxury." Despite the steakhouse's troubles and Mahomes's ongoing rehabilitation, the Chiefs organization has also recently acquired quarterback Justin Fields, potentially as a backup.
