Summary
- Two charities are selling commemorative soccer balls to support children.
- Funds help kids with disabilities access adaptive sports and build confidence.
- Each $65 ball sold ensures another is donated to an under-resourced child.

Two Kansas City charities, Variety KC and "One Ball for All," have joined forces to make a significant impact on local children and families. They are selling commemorative soccer balls, with proceeds dedicated to supporting children with disabilities. This initiative aims to provide access to adaptive sports, foster confidence, and encourage friendship by removing barriers.
"One Ball for All," founded within the last year, collaborates with global artists and organizations to create sports balls that drive local impact. This partnership with Variety KC, which focuses on making Kansas City the most inclusive city, has been active daily at Union Station. Visitors are introduced to how Variety KC bridges gaps for families experiencing challenges.
These special soccer balls, designed by a local artist, are available for $65 in six World Cup host cities, including Kansas City. For every ball purchased, another is donated to a child in an under-resourced community. A package deal including a soccer ball, T-shirt, and rally towel also supports Variety KC's mission directly, funding programs and the planned construction of ten new inclusive parks across the metro area. The activation is available at Union Station through July 12.
