A judge initially rejected a proposed order to seal the evidence on September 17, 2026, due to improper format, with the matter pending further review.
If the NFL determines a violation of its personal conduct policy, Jacobs could face a suspension of at least six games, a standard penalty for domestic violence cases, as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
